Return Policy

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been picked up for shipment.

Inspect Shipment: All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that you receive our products in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packaging for any signs of visible damage. Mark down specifically the pieces and signs of damages before signing off on the receipt.

Damages: Please report damages or missing items within 5 days of receipt to info@truevanities.com. Undamaged product which the customer wants returned, may be returned to us within 30 days of sale, but the customer will have to pay to ship the product back and a restocking fee of 25%.

Refund Policy: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST be in its original packaging and original condition. We will refund back after we received the items back to our facility undamaged. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on returns. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns that are not considered defects.

Refunds will be issued once the item is delivered to manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear on your banking statement.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@thebunkbedshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
